- Items can be returned for store credit. It will be issued in the form of a gift card and sent by email with a promo code to use at your next purchase. Returns for store credit are granted if items are received within 14 days. Time frame is determined by our tracking information. The customer must pay return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, tags attached, unwashed, and unworn. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be free of odors (such as pet and cigarette odors).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
- Please allow up to 5 business days to process the return after receiving the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards are also not refundable.

Due to the fast-moving inventory, we cannot guarantee the size or color you are wanting will be in-stock. Please notify us by email if returning item for an exchange. For an exchange, you may simply take note of the size and color needed, then return item. An email will be sent to you with a store credit to then reorder in desired size and color with promo code provided in email, if item is still available.
